Automating MDS with tools you already own

Even though Master Data Services (MDS) has been around since the release of SQL 2008 R2, many companies are still unsure how to truly leverage the technology within their existing data warehouses and BI solutions. Even though installing and configuring MDS is not a daunting task, extending the technology to automate and reduce manual processes within the business community can still be quite difficult. This session will be a deep dive into how SSIS, MDS, and SQL Server can be used to automate MDS processes and help MDS find a home in existing BI solutions.

Microsoft is really delivering up on it's "Cloud first" mantra with rapid releases of new functionality to it's PowerBI portifolio, functionality that won't arrive on-premise until next Office release - if ever. So you, or your manager has decided to give PowerBI a go. But the budget for this is a bit tight, and maybe you're not allowed to use the existing server. Azure is ready for you. But what Azure service do you choose, and how do you let PowerBI and Azure play nicely together? That's what this webinar is here to tell you.
